Eligibility for Returns:
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return:
Email us at support@deathplaques.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange a replacement.
Important Notes:
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage or defect.
We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged.
